The agreement

Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your participation in Dead Flexible. By joining a squad, paying for a block, or attending a session, you accept them. If you don't accept them, don't join.

Who we are

What you're buying

A 6-week block of one live, 45-minute session per week, delivered over video conference, with squad-based WhatsApp support. The cost is R1,499 per person per block, paid upfront in full. No instalments. Price is inclusive / exclusive of VAT — [INSERT VAT STATUS].

The fine

If you miss both the live session and the makeup window in any given week, you pay R350 into the squad pot. The pot is a social fund decided on by the squad at the end of the block; it is not revenue to Dead Flexible.

The ten rules

  1. Show up on time. Camera on.
  2. Pay before the block starts. No instalments.
  3. Miss a session, pay the fine.
  4. Water on hand. Bare feet or grip socks.
  5. No talking over the coach. Save it for the WhatsApp.
  6. Three squares of space. That's all you need.
  7. If something hurts, say so. If something is just hard, shut up.
  8. What's said in the squad stays in the squad.
  9. Finish the block. Then decide if you want another.
  10. Bend or Pay.

Conduct

We run a no-creeps policy. Harassment, sexism, racism, homophobia or any disrespectful conduct toward squad members, the coach, or anyone else triggers a double fine and immediate removal from the programme, without refund. The trainer may also remove any member for any conduct that disrupts a session or the squad, without refund.

Results

We make no guarantees about specific results. Improvement depends on your effort, consistency, and starting point. We promise to coach honestly and design the programme properly.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to active members via WhatsApp before they take effect.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes will be resolved in South African courts.
