Refund & Cancellation Policy

We sell scheduled 6-week blocks with a fixed start date. Be sure you're committed before you pay. This policy sets out what happens when plans change.
Before your block starts
If you change your mind before the first session of the block, email us within 7 days of purchase and we'll refund you in full, less any payment processing fees, provided the block has not yet started.
Once your block has started
Blocks are sold as a single 6-week programme with a fixed start date. Under section 44(1) of the Electronic Communications and Transactions Act, the 7-day cooling-off right does not apply to services that begin with your consent before the cooling-off period ends, or to leisure services tied to a specific date. Once your block has started, the fee is non-refundable.
If you can't attend a session
Life happens. You may attend a makeup session in the same week where one is offered. If you miss both the live session and the makeup, the R350 fine applies (see Terms). We do not refund individual sessions.
If we cancel
If we cancel a session for any reason on our side, we will reschedule it within the same block. If we cancel an entire block before it starts, you receive a full refund or a credit toward a future block — your choice.
Removal for conduct
Members removed for breach of conduct (see Terms) are not entitled to a refund.
How to request a refund
Email [INSERT EMAIL] with your name, payment reference, and reason. We aim to respond within one business day and to process approved refunds within 7 business days via the original payment method.
