How do I sign up?

Tap "Join the Squad" on the home page. That opens a WhatsApp message to us. We confirm there's a spot in the next block, send you the payment details, and once payment lands we add you to the squad group. You complete the PAR-Q health screen and waiver before the first session.

How does payment work?

Payment happens inside WhatsApp via PayShap or Snapscan. Pay R1,499 upfront for the full 6-week block. We do not handle card details on this website and do not store card information.

What do I bring?

A mat, water, bare feet or grip socks, and about three square metres of clear floor space. That's it.

What happens if I miss a session?

Attend the makeup if one is offered that week. Miss both, and the R350 fine goes to the squad pot. The pot is decided on by the squad at the end of the block.

How do I contact support?

How do I leave?

Finish your block — we built it that way for a reason. After that, you choose whether to join the next one. If you need to leave for a medical reason, message the coach.
